Customer Support Portal Features

As an Oso Healthcare customer, you have 24/7 access to the Customer Support Center self-service Portal, where you can:

  • Purchase ClearCanvas software support services (Credit Card via PayPal(c) payment processing, PayPal(c) direct payment, Purchase Order)
  • Create and track your ClearCanvas software service tickets
  • Manage organizational Master and Sub User accounts
  • Access premium content, e.g. eLearning modules (click here for trailer)
  • Access the Oso Healthcare Knowledge Base and User Forum

Account Registration

To access the Portal, you must first register and activate your Portal Account. An automated email will be sent to the email provided during registration. You must follow the link to activate your account before you can login to the Portal. Registering will give you free access to the Oso Healthcare Knowledge Base and User Forum. Click the "Register New User" button on the side menu to register for a new account.

If you wish to purchase ClearCanvas support services or other premium offerings, please click the "Purchase Support" button on the side menu. If have not created an account, you will be able to create a new account during check-out.

 

Multi-User Accounts: If your organization will have many users accessing the Portal, the first user to register will become your organization's Master Account Administrator (MAA). The Master Account Administrator will not only have access to all of the features on the Portal, but will also be able to create and manage organizational Sub Accounts that will allow users from a given organization to share Portal resources (e.g. share support ticket bank, allow cases to be opened/tracked/updated by different organizational users, share access to eLearning). Each organization can have an unlimited number of Sub Accounts as long as they are added by the organization's Master Account Administrator.
